Our BestME challenge is all about putting all aspects of being healthy and focuses on the science of habit change with a performance component where you will be tested at the beginning and at the end of your 5-week programme.
We’ll be assessing your progress as you move through the 5-week programme on our HealthFit Live app. and you also get:
