  • 2 x 60min Assessments (movement patterns & functional testing) 
  • Specific Strength & Conditioning Programme 
  • 8 x 30min Coaching Sessions to Ensure you're staying on track
  • Optional: Run Technique Group Classes
  • Solo Gym Membership at HealthFit with free towel service. 
  • 2 x 60min Recovery Room (Sauna/Cold-plunge) sessions.
