1 x 60-Minute Cricket Performance & Functional Movement Assessment

Start with a detailed assessment looking at:

  • movement quality,
  • mobility,
  • strength,
  • stability,
  • running mechanics,
  • and potential injury risks.

This helps identify:
✔ Strengths to build on
✔ Weak areas limiting performance
✔ Movement imbalances
✔ Mobility restrictions
✔ Injury prevention opportunities

Giving each athlete a clear roadmap for improvement both on and off the field.

2 x 30-Minute Performance Coaching Session + HealthFit App Programme

Players will work one-on-one with a qualified coach to:

  • improve movement technique,
  • build confidence,
  • understand performance priorities,
  • and establish healthy training habits.

Athletes will also receive an individualised training programme through the HealthFit app to support ongoing development between sessions.

2 Months Gym Membership
